I am a Specialist Pain Management and Disease Prevention Coach with over 30 years’ experience as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist working with musculoskeletal disorders and chronic pain. I am also an accredited Health and Wellbeing coach.

I have a passion for movement, exercise and the great outdoors. I can help you find the right solution to manage your pain and disease using a non-medical approach focusing on nutrition, movement and mental wellbeing.
