Dr Amber Johnson specialises in Clinical, Health, Pain Management, and Neuropsychology and offers her expertise to individuals facing a broad spectrum of challenges- from those with mild stress looking to build healthier emotional tools, to those with more significant clinical diagnoses that need formal, specialised treatment.

Amber can help by using accessible science to support patient's understanding of their mind and behaviour, breaking down their barriers for change, and offering fresh perspectives on stress and illnesses. Combining traditional psychology tools with education on how the brain and body work together, Dr Johnston can teach new methods for people to finally achieve all the goals we know we should.

Carin’s areas of expertise include gut health, food intolerances, diabetes and other blood sugar disorders, hypothalamic amenorrhea, and hypothyriodism.

Having qualified in 1993 I went on to specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I soon began to notice patterns in patients -why do so many people have back pain and IBS? Why so many with thyroid issues and neck / shoulder pain.? Why so many internal autoimmune conditions or chronic inflammatory conditions alongside musculoskeletal pain conditions?
